We begin with an optional myofascial release session using therapy balls — a powerful way to target the fascia, the interconnected web running through your entire body. This is where stored tension, old injuries, and stress patterns live.
By gently releasing these areas, you not only ease tightness, you rehydrate the tissues, restore communication within the body, and unlock real, lasting mobility.
From there, we move into a yin practice — longer, intentional holds that continue to work into the fascia while also improving joint health and flexibility. This is where your body begins to open.
We finish with guided yoga nidra — often called “yogic sleep.”
This is not just relaxation. It’s a deep, nervous system reset shown to be more restorative than sleep itself. No effort, no doing — just being guided into a state where true repair can happen.

All you need are some simple props like pillows and blankets — no experience necessary.
