Where: Lake Toxaway, NC Mountains

Where: Lake Toxaway, NC Mountains

When: Friday Nov 7th - 9th

🌀 Join us for a transformational retreat where every moment is designed to cradle your letting go—and guide you into who you are becoming.

Let Nature Hold You.

This late fall, just days after the Full Moon, the mountains invite us into a sacred pause. The trees are shedding their leaves. The air grows still. And like nature, we are called to release what no longer serves — to soften, to slow down, to turn inward.

You will experience:

  • 🌕 A grounding Full Moon Ceremony to initiate release

  • đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž Soul-nourishing yoga, breathwork, guided relaxations & optional meditations

  • đŸŽ” Sound healing sessions to vibrationally cleanse and recalibrate

  • đŸ”„ Time in nature, curated moments of silence, and connection

  • đŸ’« Support with a certified fitness instructor, alignment specialist & yoga teacher— whether you're curious about posture or deepening your yoga practice, this is your space to be seen and supported

  • Stream-of-consciousness writing and other processing tools

  • Opportunity to book one on one massage, reiki, somatic healing with Jules

Fall is not just a season — it’s a sacred portal. The waning moon brings the perfect energy to shed old stories, recalibrate your nervous system, and create space for what’s next.

✹ Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a pause from the noise, this retreat is for you.

Return home with: space in your heart & mind, a new level lightness and a deeper clarity about what wants to emerge next.

Spaces are limited — this season is brief, the energy is potent.

Welcome the release. Welcome yourself back.

& Community

This retreat isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about remembering how to live from a place of stillness, alignment, and ease.

Taking time away from routine isn’t indulgent—it’s essential.

This late-autumn gathering in the mountains invites you to breathe deeper, move slower, and return to your natural rhythm—held by the crisp air, soft light, and the quiet turning of the season.

Our chef will prepare grounding, nourishing meals that feel like a warm exhale including nut free and gluten free options.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning home to your practice, this space is yours—to feel supported, to feel seen, to feel whole.

with expansive views complete with stone
fireplaces, antler chandeliers & creaky
wooden floors.

The main rooms are shared with one
person in the queen on the ground
floor and one person in the twin bed in
the upstairs loft, affording both people
plenty of privacy.

Each room has its own private bathroom and private balcony. Each room has two
twins but we are keeping one empty to
ensure privacy.

The sunrise cottage has three units with
keypad protected entry. We are offering
the West and Center units as singles
and the East unit as a triple. East has a
full kitchen whilst Center and West have kitchenette’s. See here for more details.
